Commitment
Everyone deserves to be able to find the care they need. We work to keep this site usable for people of all abilities, including those using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies.
Visual design
We aim to maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background, and to keep body text legible at standard zoom levels across the site.
Keyboard navigation
Primary navigation, menus, and forms are intended to be operable using a keyboard alone, with visible focus states on interactive elements.
Images and media
Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text so that screen readers can convey their content. Decorative imagery is marked as such.
Structure and headings
Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so that assistive technologies can navigate content by structure rather than by visual position alone.
Language support
Care is available in English, Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. Interpretation can be arranged for clinical consultations.
If any part of this site is difficult to use, or if you need information in another format, please tell us. We will do our best to provide what you need directly and to fix the issue.
