Patient Portal

Welcome to Your Patient Portal

Stay connected — to your care, your results, and your team.

The portal opens in a new tab on the secure eIVF system.

New to IRFC?

Register online, then request your visit.

New patients can start their registration through the secure eIVF portal — your identity, medical history, and consents stay inside our HIPAA-compliant system, never on the public website.

Log in on desktop first

Use the desktop version of the portal for your first login. You will be prompted immediately to change your password to keep your account secure.

Desktop Version

I can’t sign my consent form.

First, make sure you are using the desktop version of the patient portal — the mobile app cannot be used to sign consents. When signing, follow the on-screen prompts and click the red link to reveal the signature box. Some forms require multiple signatures and/or initials. Before clicking “Submit Your Document,” complete every action by clicking all red links.

I signed my consent, but my partner can’t see it on their portal.

If you and your partner were both logged in when you signed and submitted, it may take up to 30 minutes for the consent to appear on their side, and they will need to log out and back in. If your partner was not logged in when you submitted, they should see it immediately.

Mobile App

I clicked the “Documents” tab but don’t see my patient instructions.

To view your patient instructions, first find the “Patient Instructions” link at the top of the Documents page. Click it to open the page listing all instructions, then click the blue underlined title of the instruction you want to view — a popup will appear.

I can’t view my lab results.

On the Patient Portal home screen, click the “Lab Results” tab at the top. A list page with all lab tests will appear; click the blue underlined title of the test you want to view — a popup will appear.

I can’t view my flowsheet.

If your cycle flowsheet isn’t showing on the “Flowsheets” page, contact your clinical coordinator and ask whether the flowsheet has been “released.” Your coordinator must release it before you can view it on the Patient Portal.
